About Michael
Michael Bajza is a third-generation commercial risk producer with a specialized focus on community associations throughout the state of Florida. While his professional career spans nearly a decade, his exposure to and understanding of the Florida insurance marketplace extends well beyond that, having been immersed in the industry from an early age. This background has provided him with a strong foundation in policy structure, coverage nuances, and evolving market dynamics.
Michael is actively engaged in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) West Florida Chapter, where he currently serves as Chair of the Homeowner Education Committee. In addition, he contributes to several other committees, including the Young Professionals and Ambassador groups, reflecting his commitment to professional development and industry leadership.
His expertise centers on commercial habitational risks, particularly large and luxury condominium associations, as well as specialized properties such as marinas, golf courses, and other complex or hard-to-place risks. Michael also maintains a dedicated focus on flood insurance, with in-depth knowledge of both the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and the private flood insurance market. He plays a key role in ensuring that each association is appropriately structured and protected, while also serving as a trusted liaison between boards, property managers, and the broader community.
